Bryant Park Hotel

Bryant Park hotel delivered this weekend! Had a bumpy start but Management immediately addressed our concerns and went above and beyond to deliver us the amazing experience we expected. Located at the heart of Manhattan! I highly recommend this hotel. Stop at the Celòne bar/lounge for some drinks before heading out. Great vibe and service. Looking forward to our next stay at Bryant Park hotel!

The Bryant Park Hotel is what comes to mind when you think of high-end luxury. Being in an historic building, it's beautiful to see from the outside, and the hotel staff make the experience absolutely perfect. The amenities, beds, and pillows are all high-quality, and the views of Bryant Park are perfect. Shannon helped us get situated with our suite, and made us feel complete on our Christmas vacation. If you're looking for a getaway stop or a home away from home, the Bryant Park Hotel is the premier destination in Manhattan.

We planned a few days in NYC to celebrate my birthday, and booked a junior suite. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite. There was a lovely bottle of champagne and some truffles as well as two cards from the staff waiting for us. So sweet ! The Christmas market construction was going on right outside and I am so noise sensitive, it was problematic for me. But not for them! The next day, they moved us to the opposite side of the hotel, where it was much quieter and the room was even nicer. The staff are so kind, friendly, courteous and genuinely warm. I had requested that no scented products were used for cleaning the bedding or the room and that was respected. I am so grateful for that. just want to say thank you to everyone for making our stay so wonderful. PS - do visit the Library around the corner... it is a feast for the eyes !

I booked this hotel since I was flying in from Chicago to propose to my boyfriend who was there visiting. I proposed in Bryant Park across the street. The staff was insanely welcoming before, during and after the trip. They helped me to make everything extra special beforehand. When I got there, they were so warm and polite and helped calm my nerves. They were so happy to celebrate for me and my fiance which felt so great. They did everything they possibly could to ensure I had the best experience and it was by far the best day of my life and the hotel staff was a huge part of that.

We had the most AMAZING EXPERIENCE at this hotel! Before we set foot on the grounds Veronica was so helpful over the phone & assured us that we could check in early after our red-eye flight! Our room was ready & upgraded. We can’t say enough about the staffs’ hospitality throughout our stay! They knew us by name, gave amazing suggestions & even left sweet notes & treats in our room. We legit didn’t want to leave! Our housekeeper was also very kind & super responsive. So to Veronica, Shannen, Dwight, Ronan, Julia, Rae & everyone else, thank you for such an amazing stay & unforgettable experience!
